Hello!
We’re Jonathan + Christine, the co-hosts of Hello Relationships.

JONATHAN BAXTER is a psychotherapist, mentor, consultant, husband, and father. He holds Master’s degrees in Business and Management from the University of Maryland and Counseling Psychology from Lesley University. A true cross-disciplinarian, his work draws from traditions including humanist psychology, Buddhism, Taoist martial arts, statistics and mathematical modeling, Native American philosophy, and Western business practices.

Jonathan has worked in small and large companies in the public and private sectors. Much of his work has been in the field of health care, including medical decision support, patient-provider communication, and statistical modeling. He also has experience in the fields of information technology, engineering design, and media production. He has been an instructor in quantitative and qualitative research methods at Lesley University.

When not at work, playing with family and friends, or practicing his Spanish, Jonathan is frequently found playing his guitar.


CHRISTINE KOH is a music and brain scientist turned multimedia creative. A graduate of Wheaton College (BA), Brandeis University (MA), and Queen’s University (PhD), she spent a decade in academia, during which time she was awarded prestigious fellowships from the National Institutes of Health to fund her PhD research + joint-appointment postdoctoral fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital, Harvard Medical School, and the Massachusetts Institutes of Technology. Christine was about to become a professor when she decided to hang up her academic spurs in favor of more flexible and independent ventures.

Since leaving academia in 2006, Christine has forged a career focused on creating content to help people live better, happier, and with elevated purpose and intention. Christine wears a lot of hats, including: founder/editor of Boston Mamas, a pioneer in the hyperlocal lifestyle niche, co-host of the Edit Your Life Show, a podcast devoted to helping people edit their lives to make room for awesome, co-author of Minimalist Parenting, a book to help parents enjoy modern family life more by doing less, designer/co-owner of Brave New World Designs, a stylish collection of advocacy-oriented designs, and creative director at Women Online, a communications firm that specializes in using social media for good.

When not at work, Christine can be found hanging out with her kids, cuddling James the standard poodle, and experimenting with cake design.
